#askexperts Hello doctor iam getting lot of hair fall after my delivery it's almost nearly 2 yrs please suggest some remedies

eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated.
nap often to stay rested.
massage scalp regularly with warm oil at bedtime

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your hair with almond oil and kalaunjee oil. and also clean with amla, shikakai and reetha.. and hve rich fiber and proteins diet.
