Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods
have plenty of fluids
You can walk daily half an hour and csn do some yoga.

mam , yes ,it is common to get it because of Growth of uterus during pregnancy
so for this ,I advise to start doing exercises and yoga regularly.
start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
