Uma RamMom of 2 children2 months agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Firstly plan a schedule the house chores ,baby routine along with timings feeding,bath in a paper.
Try to wake up atleast 30-40 minutes before baby wakes have some water,milk,tea or any protein shake then start breakfast/lunch preparation and if possible cleaning .
And then after baby wakes breast feed and make baby sit in chair or walker continue meal preparation .
House clean & baby massage,bath .
Feed baby and make baby sleep .
Then after your over chores,bath,break fast..
If possible read or take rest while baby sleeps.
Easy meal preparations ,one pot recipes saves time,work.
Whenever husband looks after baby ,evenings plan for next day meals pre preparations like chopping,soaking,batter preparations will help a lot.
Note : Dont worry if the house is mess, try to hire help so that you will get some rest.
Being active - Atleast 10-15 minutes spend me time ,having a cup of coffee,listening music,chat with family to refresh yourself.
Have protein rich - Pulses,legumes,milk,curd,
paneer, tofu,nuts ,egg,poultry,meat.
