my skin gets very dull and I m looking over aged after 11 months of my delivery what should I do?

Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

U See a lot of times these things can happen post delivery it’s normal and common or advise you to consult a skin specialist focus on having good protein and fibre is in to your diet that’s going to him what a proper treatment can definitely be suggested by a doctor only
