hello....m a mom of 3 year old baby girl n now m pregnant with my second baby....I m fear of giving my baby girl less time as I have no helping hand I don't know how will I manage both kids kindly suggest wat should I do ....mentally physically m very much stressed right now....it's very early for me to have a second child....
