Q.

After delivery I have pain on my tail bone I cant stand or sit with out pain .please advice solutions

A. Hello mom You should add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet plan it will help to cure it fast. It still doesn’t get to leave then you have to consult with orthopaedic doctor can advise you well after examining you.
