after delivery ..bht dark circles hogye h ..kafi creams serums use krke dkha but kuch ni hua ..coconut oil b use krke dkha kuch ni hua

delivery the brightness of the face can reduce because of the hormonal imbalance and also because of the lack of sleep and stress over the body.
it will be alright once you start to take enough amount of sleep and reduce the sugar and fat in your diet.
take plenty of fruits and vegetables and at least 3 to 4 litres of water per day.
also keep the green tea e bags kept in the fridge over the eyes while sleeping
