After Childbirth Maternity Belt kbse use kr skte hain and ajwain Water kbse pee sakte hai??????

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 months agoA. hi. post delivery you can use abdominal belt n can have ajwain water right from the next day, make sure to avoid using it during eating n sleeping.

Radhika G BGuardian of 3 children7 months agoA. Hello All, After delivery, from 10th day started wearing the maternity belt and with that we should take dry fine and turmeric paste for 5 days by which it heals up the around both for normal and c section.
