A. hi mom u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar fat do yoga brisk walk cycling etc according ur comfort level

A. Take a deep breath. As you exhale, contract your abdominal muscles by pulling your belly button to your spine without changing the curve of your lower back. While maintaining this contraction, slowly extend your foot away from your body until the leg is fully extended. Slowly bring it back to the starting position.
