Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. ensure you're not deficient in nutrients like iron, folic acid, calcium, vitamin d, and b12. take supplementsd if needed. maintain proper sitting and sleeping postures to reduce pain. use paracetamol for mild pain and consider physiotherapy. consult your doctor if the pain persists. eat seasonalf fruits and vegetables.
