After C section I feel very tied and exhausted soon and recently my bones and joint aches a lot before my periods any remedy or suggestions pls. My baby is 2yrs now.

A. it is quite natural that after any surgery that will be loss of maths of energy e and I will feel tired and weakness take diet rich in calcium iron and all types of vitamins
