A. once daily till you r giving exclusive breast feeding(4-6 wks),then wkly twice till breast feeding stops

A. It depends totally on your body after csec whether you need to take or not. There is no harm in consuming calcium tablet for about a month. Rest it can be consumed in a calcium rich diet also.

A. till you are giving breastfeeding as well as the diet is not proper More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with nearest doctor also in your locality. Take care.

A. Generally doctors recommended it for about a year.. however it's better to consult your gynecologist and follow the doctors instructions have a healthy diet include protein calcium rich foods in your diet keep your self hydrated drink lots of water and also other liquids like coconut water buttermilk etc
