Q.

After c section delivery, my tummy has got very fatty which is not reducing even after excercising. This is causing back ache issues to me. What should I do?

A. you do aerobic ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
