after baby I am gaining the weight how can I reduce the weight

A. Hi mom To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
