adviek knows everything and understand everything but he do not speak or don't want to speak ,I m worried about his nature ,infact he don't answer why this problem accours

Maam is having a delay in the speech because of a 3 1/2 year old child is not speaking then this is definitely an issue with the speech of the child child know everything that you say but if your child is not speaking or not answering then how do you know that your child knows everything that would be another question because that has to be a proper response from the child to be sure about it I think it’s a good time for you to consult a child specialist also a speech therapist
