A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he is having a cold cough and loose motions so give him zifi drops 1 ml twice a day for 5 days and sinarest 10 drops three times a day

A. febrex plus drops to the baby it is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes
