A grunting noise keeps coming from my five month old daughter. What can I do to reduce it?

give indirect steam inhalation twice a day.
use a humidifier in room.
keep baby away from direct air.
feed more frequently for adequate hydration

But A lot of kids make this kind of grunting noise every now and then but that’s completely normal till the time you do not see any sign of discomfort with your child or anything that you feel is not right till then don’t worry about the sounds kids can make a lot of sounds different different kind of sounds
