9 months baby suffering from cold

A. at 9 months age avoid cold climate, cold winds. give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby. indirect steam , hot water bath will also help. consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases. post illness babies might be cranky , irritable. nose block congestion also result in loss of appetite, difficult sucking. try different head up feeding position. feed by spoon otherwise. Maintain hygiene. if bottle feeding, maintain sterility as its a common source of infections.

A. Hello Doctor... My baby was 8 months old. she used to sleep only by breast milk. I had make her sleep in a cradle but no use. she won't sleeping. I was afraid if this is a habit for her, how can I make her sleep in future. My family forcing me to stop breastfed after 1year... please help me doctor with ur valuable suggestion

A. Hi parent please give one table spoon warm water after every hour please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with mustard oil with infusion of garlic pod please give daily sun light exposure please give Indirect steam twice a day is very helpful
