9 month bany had MMR vaccine yesterday. She had cold since then with running nose and no fever. Is this a side effect of MMR baccine or just a weather change..what can be given to baby for cold

A. Hello, your baby girl is 9 months old and she has received mmr vaccination yesterday and she has a and cold so give her 2.5 ml syrup maxtra three times a day
