Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is not advisable to use walker for children because many times the child may fall from it causing grievous injury.
it does not help in any growth milestones of the child and many times can cause delay in the walking milestone of the child.
the child doesn't learn to dwalk because the child feels that they have to move around in the walker itself so will not make an attempt to walk
push walker can be used but walker in which child sits in centre needs to be avoided
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Babies start to walk by the age of fifteen months. So please wait for sometime. Please try to make the baby walk by holding one finger. Also massage baby legs with BabyHug cold pressed coconut oil for muscle strength. Please do not use any sorts of walkers as it might harm the legs of the baby. Thanks and take care
