Hi doctor... My Baby going to complete the 6 month on 10 th feb.... so how I Start solids from begining and how much quantity to take for that..... please suggest

A. use u started solids say one spoon then after 3 to 4 days 2 spoon then after 3 to 4 days 3 spoon in similar way once then twice then three times a day... remember one new food one at a time chk the first cry pg fr receipes use Babyhug high chair
