It’s Furious of all the vegetables that you like to go ahead with it and kind of fruit purée you can give fruit smoothies fruit milkshakes you can give good amount of dairy products like Paneer cheese curd Suji Kheer Upma Halwa key nova oats ragi and definitely good amount of water
