If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extensiondy exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supplements suggested by your doctor if still you are having rweakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment

1. feeding positions : support yourself by analysing the best position for feeding
2. holding the baby one side more often: see what works the best
3. using gadgets while feeding / sleeping: you know what you have to do
4. Not supporting urself with pillows even while sleeping : when u sleep on your side, keep a pillow behind support urself with sufficient pillows just like how you did during your pregnancy when your tummy used to grow.
5. While you cleanup the baby , try to place the baby at an elevated position and do so.
Avoid sticking your jaws to your neck. Try to maintain at least 3 cms gap
If you think it’s any other reason first see a physio to identify if there’s any “trigger” or knots developed on your back/ shoulder.
The treatment they give is very effective
Eventually try to have a good sleep hygiene and develop other things based on your choice and possibility.
