4 months before i had a c section ...i have 4 months baby. i walk daily 1 hour....walking reduce the breast milk....my family told to stop walking...plz ans me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. no it is nothing like that walking will reduce your weight and make you fit it is nothing to related with reduction in the breast milk just take a healthy diet with plenty of liquids and high fibre for a good production of breastmilk
