3years baby vomiting morning 4.30 on times weak 2 times

It could be due to indigestion related issue that’s the only thing I can see the child is vomiting like this but if it’s happening more than two twice or thrice in a week then in that case it would be good for you to check with your doctor if any medicine will be helpful for the current situation
