Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent Desi cow a2 milk twice a day with dates syrup two meals and two breakfasts soups of tomato moong drumsticks daal etc meshed vegetables and fruits in the form of puree juice smoothie (no sugr) probiotics as per her suitablity and season khichdi upma sheera porridge khir etc
