Q.

2 months back I had a normal delivery and it’s been 3weeks I’m suffering with haemorrhoids. Eating high fiber diet and taking sitz bath and applying the ointment but dint see any result. Only sitz bath make me feel a bit comfortable and ease the pain. Can anyone suggest me on how to cure them ?

A. hi mom have esaphghol with 2 glass of water have it or mix it in 1 glass water and then have 1 glass water on top of it
