Q.

after 4 month of my delivery I m suffering pain .there is blood in my stool and pain too . my doctor suggested me to have fiber and water a lot and avoid constipation but now it's 6 month I m suffering this what should I do .

A. Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements. A high-fiber diet results in softer stool that are passed faster. -High fibers foods include fruits, such as berries, apples, oranges, raisins, figs, and pears. Broccoli, green peas, potatoes, and brussels sprouts are good vegetable options. Avoid eating Spicy food , Besan, banana, curd rice heavy to digest. -Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 or more glasses of water a day. Only drink water with meals rather than juice, anfmd other beverage. Have a glass full of butter milk daily.

A. don't worry. u ll be fine. just have water and normal food without spices.. it took me around a year to get rid of..
