Q.

11 months old baby girl excreta yellowish color and water water at freq of 10-12 times a day. Unable to understand what happened.

A. Kindly get an assessment done with your paediatrician because they only can tell you what has happened and what is the reason behind it and according to that whatever necessary precautions is needed to be taken the doctors are going to advise you on that
