ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom limit the screen time and make sure it is watched from a distance only as it’s a well known fact that too much of screen time is very harmful . Water you can get a sipper bottle or a normal kid water bottle fill it and ask the child to have it a few sips throughout the day
