I am 6weeks pregnant and today I ate ground apple (yacon) is there any side effect🙏 ??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. it is good to avoid use of yacon fruit during pregnency. as taking excess of it can cause digestive upset. be very careful about diet during pregnency. o k
