Firstly dieting control avoid junk foods like pizza burge& r etc... daily exercise control oil foods eat more fruits ,and
vegetables ...Then automatically diet will control we won\'t gain more weight.

for me it\'s breastfeeding and taking care of my child solely. playing with him and running behind him is my fitness mantra. I was 59 during my last trimester and now I am 43.6kgs after 1yr. I take good diet rich in carb fats veggies vit and mins so that my baby gets rich and good milk supply. Best exercise and baby will also feel happy loved and secured. no one replace mother and her care.
