I do yoga and cardio . Dieting is not an option so I eat anything and everything I like but within limit . I was 80 KGS during and after 12 months of pregnancy and before pregnancy I was 57 KGS . started working out from last June month and now I am 62 KGS , though it is within the normal range according to my height but still my target is to be back to my pre pregnancy weight .
After how many months of delivery u started excercise ..was it normal or c-section?bcz my pre pregnancy n pregnancy weight is almost like urs
