feed your baby atleast for a year you will loose your wait automatically with my personal experience.

I'm a mother of 2 kids elder one is 4yr old and the younger one is 8 months old and I got delivered in ç-sec for both

before pregnancy my weight is 70kg but now my weight is 85 kg. and I'm a working mother. Pls suggest me to reduce the weight.
the challenge is no time to do excercise
is that dieting will reduce the brest feed supply

i am a mother of 7 month old baby. i live alone with my husband. so i started light walking after 2months. now i walk for 40 to 50 minutes. there is a YouTube channel 'walk at home '. you guys can do that when u feel active and fit. no need to follow a diet but reduce your portions and intake of sugar. drink lots of water and juices. eat fruits and healthy food. sleep at least 7 to 8 hours. it's your body. take good care of it

start taking luke warm cuminseed water in the morning,after lunch and dinner and start doing some light exercise,or just walk can do wonders.
