Hi.. i have a doubt.. can we do planks and push ups and other exercises in bed ?or I have to do these lying on floor only? Because I feel it easy to do while lying on bed rather on the floor.. does both have same effect or different? Kindly tell me ..

Hai....I had my c section in 23rd October...but couldn’t start with any exercises...I have 5 months 24 days old baby.I haven’t put on much weight during pregnancy but gotta loose sagging belly could you please guide me how can I reduce that tummy. I am also breast feeding

Hey I m physiotherapist nd certified nutritionist I m 10 weeks postpartum and have 2 months 15 days old baby. I had my c section on 3rd January. I started with my kegel’s exercise routine 4 weeks postpartum and gradually with diet schedule and exercises was able to cut down my weight by 70% and giving my baby breastfeed at the same time. after c section most woman take plenty of rest. so they get fattier. without any physical activity ni one can burn extra calories stored in our body. first identify u have diastasis recti or not. then start work out just after 4.5 month of delivery rest. try cardio workouts. then some strength training.

I had c section in 12 oct. I joined gym also bt due to lockdown....... nt get time to exercise at home as having joint family.. also lactation problem so give formula milk to baby. due to weight gain I just lose confidence. help me
