Hey I m physiotherapist nd certified nutritionist I m 10 weeks postpartum and have 2 months 15 days old baby. I had my c section on 3rd January. I started with my kegel’s exercise routine 4 weeks postpartum and gradually with diet schedule and exercises was able to cut down my weight by 70% and giving my baby breastfeed at the same time. Please feel free to contact for diet and Exercises.

Mera c-section ko 2 month ho gaye h or mai only breastfeeding karwa rahe hu n sara kaam bhi karte hu after that mere tummy ka fat kam nahi ho raha aisa lagta h abhi 5-6 month pregnancy hain kya karu

Hi ..... I am a mom of 19 months old baby, I have lost my 16 kgs after c- section . As a women it’s our dream to bring back our weight to normal , as per my opinion exercise is the best option specially walking . Due to outbreak of pandemic disease it’s impossible for us to do outdoor activities,so try to do some exercise at home itself . Continue breast feed as much as u can it helps to reduce body fat and it’s the best food for our babies to boost up their immunity. Diet control is not a good choice instead of that avoid some food items like fatty foods, sweets and sugary foods and focus on eating healthy and balanced diet like green leafy veg like spinach, methi etc . Drink plenty of water and add nuts , fruits , vegetables and lentils in your diet . Enjoy your MOTHERHOOD with your little ones ......

enjoy ur parenthood ,keep breastfeeding your child n eat healthy stay healthy eat like nutritious food cut junk food drink plenty water or take green tea for cut out extra fat exercise compulsory if you don't do house work
