hi mam mine also c section now my baby is 1yr 5mnths old but my belly fat is not going it is like sagging belly plz help to loose my wait minimum I want to loose 5kgs

Hi...even mine is c section...I m 34 yr old..during pregnancy it was 80kg...after delivery it was 74kg...my present wait I couldn't check due to lockdown..atleast I want to reduce it to 58kg..my baby is now 3month 23days...I m breastfeeding him..so suggest me some diet plan..exercise..home remedies to reduce it..splly the stomach n biceps..

I had c section... was delivered early...I only gained 2 kgs in pregnancy.. my baby wa nicu child

my C-section delivery was on March 7, I haven't gained much only 3 kgs but now I have a lot of stretch marks (black, red ,white colour) and loose swaggy stomach, what to do with this?

Hey I m physiotherapist nd certified nutritionist I m 10 weeks postpartum and have 2 months 15 days old baby. I had my c section on 3rd January. I started with my kegel’s exercise routine 4 weeks postpartum and gradually with diet schedule and exercises was able to cut down my weight by 70% and giving my baby breastfeed at the same time.
