after c section delivery, weight gaining is big issue n we can't do anything to reduce weight for some months. . .it's not safe for mother n baby both , , , taking care of new baby very difficult to mother some months n that situation making lots of stress , , , , c section, stress, lack of sleep, daily changes in life r most important we can't stop to tk food, , , feeding mother hv to eat for baby n ofcourse mother hv to recover from c section so must have to tk food , , ,it's making weight gain after delivery , , ,after 6 month can start to do something for reduce weight like small n safe exercise, tk healthy diet, do walk bcoz baby will started to tk food , , ,so we can tk our diet as plan but no need to panic for reducing weight . . . it will affect child health

am mom for 8 months old second baby. I undergone c section , I am breastfeeding my baby . I would like to reduce my weight in healty way. please suggest
plz guide me my weight is 67 kg and want to reduce 10 kg

I went for c section on Sept 2 last year. Almost a year now. Hv lost a lot of weight but belly has reduced from 34 to 32 only. Back pain has become a torture in itself. Unable to bend or do anything as such. Please suggest.

take balanced nutritious diet which is very necessary to ur child for healthy growth...dnt take so much ghee and oily food..which doesn't give u strngh but increase u r fat.....walking and do light exercises.... warm water...chewing process of food also somehow benefits for burn ur extra fat.....

Breastfeeding helps magically to reduce tummy..good healthy diet and just walking nothing more.

Mera c-section ko 2 month ho gaye h or mai only breastfeeding karwa rahe hu n sara kaam bhi karte hu after that mere tummy ka fat kam nahi ho raha aisa lagta h abhi 5-6 month pregnancy hain kya karu
hamare body ka metabolism kafi had tak slow ho jata he after child birth...so..it can take long procedure to and enough time 4 come back in shape ....avoid heavy exercise and lifting....walking and warm water can be help full....
