keep doing very light stretches ,yoga and walk daily.Drink lots of water and dont just sleep or sit for long after having food.Avoid rice and fats if you will do this for a week you can see atleast some change.Doing little will help you in a long term! all the best mommy\'s:)

I\'m also agree from all moms...really its very tough to reshape your body after child birth. morning and evening walk can reduce this belly fat.do some excercises also whenever you free from your lil baby..i know its very rare when we \'ll free from our babies..dieting is not a solution for breastfeed mothers...so take ur proper diet bcz its necessary for ur child.
