I'm also agree from all moms...really its very tough to reshape your body after child birth. morning and evening walk can reduce this belly fat.do some excercises also whenever you free from your lil baby..i know its very rare when we 'll free from our babies..dieting is not a solution for breastfeed mothers...so take ur proper diet bcz its necessary for ur child.

drinking enough water and taking proper diet with exercise or walking let you b fit and fine tummy free ,burn calories stop fats will help it
