For me below is helping out a lot:

1. I do Yoga to get mental peace.
2. SuryaNamaskar for gaining energy to pamper and enjoy more with my lil kid.
3. Morning and evening walk along with my baby on Pram that helps me loosing weight and him getting more fresh air and outside exposure.

hi !I gain my weight after c section delivery . I want to reduce my weight .I feel that I looks too fatty

i had c section and now my boy is 1.5yrs uptill i was not gaing tht much weight but , i stop bm to my boy n i m experiencing that make me faty n tummy is also comig out

I had c section as well i was worried ill stay that way but just try doing as much as physical work after 6 weeks
