hi everyone says to breastfeed I did the same n lost all pregnancyg weight now I'm 54kg from 75kg but now the main problem for me is my heavy breast since my baby is still breastfeeding what should I do

79 percent is diet n 30 percent ecercise
foremost is self realisation n awareness of where we r? nd set our goal according to our lifestyle, practicality ,determination..
smart changes in eating patterns can make big differences..

For me below is helping out a lot:

1. I do Yoga to get mental peace.
2. SuryaNamaskar for gaining energy to pamper and enjoy more with my lil kid.
3. Morning and evening walk along with my baby on Pram that helps me loosing weight and him getting more fresh air and outside exposure.
