at morning whole night pour in water 6-7 almond, 2boiled egg,green leafy vegetables with moong or masoor dal chapati rice,1glass milk before going to sleep.

avoid oil and spicy food
Include all types of fruits and veggies in the diet if ur baby is suffering from colic avoid cabbage Brinjal capsicum

In breakfast- one glass milk,2 boiled egg without yolk,some almond,
In lunch- protein and fiber rich food supplements such as daal and chicken,
In dinner- light food such as green vegetables,
Before sleep one glass milk
