I won't follow any diet chart whatever my mommy makes for food I ate that only I usually ignore street foods .

drink plenty water,green leafy vegetables, Fenugreek seeds, chickpea, papaya,oatmeal, seasam seeds ,garlic bread ,diary product , shatavari powder
