To increase breast milk I daily use shatavari granules with milk twice. Soaked and peeled almonds 10 to 12 , fresh fruits and vegetables...

Try to take organic vegetables and fruits
Try to avoid eating too much at a time , u can split the foods as 6 times
Try some small excerise as per Drs advice
While you do exercise u can get some positive vibes that help us to get back to the routine life

at morning whole night pour in water 6-7 almond, 2boiled egg,green leafy vegetables with moong or masoor dal chapati rice,1glass milk before going to sleep.
