  • It’s recommended that you have a balanced, high fibre diet with low glycemic index (GI).   • Consume wheat or rice in moderate quantities as these are known to increase Kapha.

  • Avoid smoking, alcohol, and narcotics as these are known to impact menstrual cycles negatively.
