Remember how you’ve always wanted your own little bundle of joy around? Congrats, the good news is here, but with a plethora of questions! You would definitely be thinking:

1. Will I be a good mom?

No one knows the answer. Just know that you are going to try your 100 percent, and that’s enough. Your parenting style might differ from your friend’s, but then, only you can understand and cater to your baby’s needs in the best possible way.

2. How will my body change?

Being pregnant means your body will go through a lot of physical changes. From clearly visible bulging tummy to invisible breast changes, swollen feet to alien skin, your list will be long. Don’t panic, though: almost every woman goes through the same, and later we see them as lovely, beautiful moms. So, cross your fingers and give some time to your body post-delivery. You can even follow a moderate work-out regime.

3. Will it change my relationship with my partner?

Yes, it will change immensely – but in a good way. Bringing and raising a new life in this world
will turn you two into a team soon. The way you pamper and care for your partner might change, but your love won’t.

4. Am I actually dumb?

You will soon be getting suggestions about everything from breastfeeding to diaper changes, and you’re going to feel like the dumbest person ever for a while. Try looking for some help in the family or outside! Above all, keep your cool and let your kid develop his own routine in the first few weeks. Your mother’s instinct will not let you feel dumb once the baby is here, so just relax.

It might sound like too many recipes in a single cookbook for now, but you’ll soon be ready for your new adventure!
