Q.
yusha had a train journey for 15 hrs post that he is vomiting and has loose motion .he is not able to eat anything he pukes.i have given ondem for vomiting and lanzol for gas

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. uh cit is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations.
give easxily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
syp emeset / ondem 5ml for vomiting.
