Yesterday I took covid vaccination and I was suffering from high fever 102 to 103 but mistakenly I took combiflam instead of crocin after every 4 hours, just now I got to know it and I am breastfeeding mother of 6 months old baby. I am very much angry because of my nigligiance my baby suffers something. please help me with the information as there are any side effects on baby

No need to worry
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Maintain hydration
