I took covid vaccination and now My 6 month old baby has fever. Ibugesic or calpol should I give to my baby

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proprer dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold spongixng of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

A. Calpol. This is the right medicine you should give to the child that is going to be one ML at one time also I would like to tell you that if you have got the vaccination done it could be the side-effect of the vaccination on your child as well so if you can do not breastfeed the child to formula feeding for the time being
