you should not worry about it.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth

Hello ma’am Sometimes that could be due to lack of vitamin D into the body so I’m going to advise you to start with vitamin D supplement to your child on a regular basis of minimum for three months and slowly gradually probably with time your child will have its teeth properly in time
