It won’t reduce the tummy fat and you have to work out on a daily basis to lose it

mam ,it is not that much effective
instead of spending money on this , I would suggest to prefer natural ways like :
make changes in your diet
increase your fluid intake.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
prefer homemade healthy food
take food items like soup , sprouts ,oats ,salad etc more
walk , walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance.
